The owner's company is registered in Poland (European Union) and operates under Polish and European law.

II Terms of Sales

1. These terms of sales regulate the sales and purchase process of goods via internet on the website administered by the owner (https://merrymeet.me).
2. The shop owner accepts orders on goods listed on the website https://merrymeet.me 24h a day.
3. The orders can be placed through the website itself (by using the provided cart and forms), or via email (info@merrymeet.me).
4. In order to successfully order the goods through the website or email, the buyer must provided all required data, especially: list of purchased items, the quantity of purchased items, name and surname, delivery address (inluding country), email address and contact phone number.
5. The goods selected by the buyer from the list of available items become subject to sale.
6. The total price of the sale is provided by the seller to the buyer through the website (the cart summary) and a confirmation email. The provided prices include local taxes. The shipping fee is included in the order summary as well.
7. The seller ships the ordered goods within 4 working days from receiving the payment.
8. If the buyer doesn't pay the total price within 7 days from placing the order, the sales contract is cancelled.

III Prices and payment methods

1. All prices in the MerryMeet.Me online shop are listed in PLN (polish zloty). The prices include all local taxes.
2. If any customs and import taxes apply, the buyer is responsible for paying them.
3. The available payment methods for international orders are:
   - PayPal
4. We do not provide a 'cash on delivery' option for international orders.

IV Delivery of goods

1. The goods are shipped within 4 working days after receiving the payment.
2. We ship only to the list of available countries listed in the order form.
3. The available shipping methods are:
   - Polish Mail - priority registered lether
4. The avarage delivery time of goods for Europe is currently 7-14 days.
5. We provide an electronic tracking link to the buyer on request.

V Returns and Claims

1. You have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of delivery.
2. In order to return the goods, fill in a return form that includes: your name and surname, contact number, order number, date of purchase, the list of returned goods as well the payment method that we shall use in order to return the money to you.

4. In order to receive the a full price refund the returned goods should be in the same condition as they were purchased and they cannot be damaged in any way.
